How can a man who doesn’t partake of meat, well, be a man? That is: strong, healthy, athletic, and virile. After finishing this Veg Report, “The Top 25 truths Every Man Should Know,” the better question might be: How can a man be a man that does? Partake of meat, that is.
If our desire is to chow down on meat, dairy, and eggs then our chances greatly increase to be potentially impotent and infertile, riddled with heart disease and cancer, aggressive and violent towards women, depressed and suicidal, and weak and bald. Hardly adjectives we would use to describe a Man. There are a fist-full of ironies we run up against in life but maybe none as ironic as this one.
So if we are males, and we would like to nourish those positive traits we often associate with the symbol of Manhood, we might consider cooking up some beans, grains, and greens and downing lots of fruit, nuts, and seeds. Still on the fence? Turn to your mate and ask their opinion.
